Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Snuggle Bundle! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or severe weather.

Shipping rates (United States)

Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders under $100
Free Standard Shipping: on orders of $100 or more
Express Shipping: $15.00

International shipping

We ship to most countries. International rates are based on the total weight of your order:

Up to 0.5 kg (1.1 lb): $9.99
0.5–1.5 kg (1.1–3.3 lb): $19.99
1.5–3 kg (3.3–6.6 lb): $29.99
Over 3 kg (6.6 lb): $44.99

International delivery usually takes longer than domestic delivery. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility.

Orders with multiple items

Our products ship from different warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible, before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please email us at thesnugglebundlehelp@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
